It is like a maze, is it salicylate, amines, oxylates, malabsorption, metal poisoning, leaky gut or sibo or what? Am trying the Gaps intro diet, today is the third day. But not looking good, he complains of tummy aches, and waking up in the nights due to that, and extreme fatigue and sleepiness. Not sure is it a die-off reactions or is it like what I have been reading at Dr Erika's site that it could be SIBO and all the soup with animal fats are increasing the inflammations? It is so hard to know what food suits him. Those low in salicylate end up high in fodmaps. Every diet contradict with each other. I don't know am I worsening or improving his conditions.
How is experiment coming along?Yixinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4452599540321027406.post-61535187317588149142016-06-03T23:06:45.799+08:002016-06-03T23:06:45.799+08:00All the best to all of us! I'm so sorry.

What about organic citrus? Don't rule out it might be the chemicals causing the problems, not necessarily the natural fruit. I've read, however, that a lot of people are sensitive to citrus. Still, fruits are overrated. Stick with low-glycemic fruits and see if that helps. That's what I have to do for my issues. And I think it's rarely genes, it's usually diet that is passed down in families.

Good luck on your move. I look forward to photos!!!The Multiple Chemical Survivorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01459073982236135107noreply@blogger.com
