Today is day four and I am three days away from reaching one week of a salicylate-free diet. Today, I made cooked fried eggs, potato+minced chicken with salt and sunflower oil and lettuce iceberg. And I really enjoyed today's food! Can't wait to go back on a diet with some mixture of food with salicylate though! :)
