Baked Butter Garoupa Fish
Ingredients:
1. 1 thick slice of Garoupa fish fillet (washed and pat dried with kitchen towels)
2. Sea-salt
3. Butter
--------------------------------------
1. Heat the oven at 220C.
2. Place the fillet in a baking dish.
3. Season the fillet with sea-salt and butter. Make sure the fillet is seasoned liberally with butter.
4. Bake for about 1/2 hour or until the fillet is golden brown.
5. Serve with hot rice.
