Thermomix Ground Chick-Peas (Garbanzo Beans)


500gm of chick peas

1. Place 250gm inside jug.

2. Slowly increase speed to 8.5. Grind 35 to 40 seconds. If you want it to be finer, add another 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Voila! You have your own home-made chick-pea flour.

  2. Hi Marcus. I got mine from SJMC hospital. Also Columbia Asia sometimes have stock. If they don't have stock, you will need to place an order. The wait can be two months. You'll need a prescription from the doctor to be placed at the pharmacy. Good luck and all the best.
