An Update

My mum's surgery was a success (even though she is now thyroid-les).

The surgeon said that the surgery went well without any hiccups.

She has been in great pain but the food which I had cooked for her has been sustaining her. It's the least I could do.

My dad has been staying with her every day at the hospital. I wish I could stay but Joel has school until mid-December.

She was finally discharged from the hospital yesterday but due to the claiming of insurance, she only managed to return home at night.

It was truly home sweet home for her as she had 'hospital fatigue'.
