  1. I can either have oatmeal, eggs, or corn grits for breakfast due to my new diet. I guess that's a lot. I can eat these things for two meals, not just one. I make mine with ground flax seed and golden raisins, when my system can handle it. I was using pumpkin seeds, but now that pollen is starting to fly around her already, my body is reacting to them. Oh, well. What else do you eat for breakfast? I am doing a candida cleanse that a new nutritionist has me on. She feels this has a lot to do with my allergic reactions. I don't know. I'll try anything. How are you doing?
