Fried Egg with Minced Chicken & Chives

Ingredients:

1. 8 eggs
2. 200gm of minced chicken (season with sea-salt)
3. 2 stalks of chives/spring onions
4. Sea-salt
5. Sunflower oil

1. Break all eggs into a large bowl.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and a teaspoon of sea-salt into the bowl and beat the eggs.

3. Add the minced chicken and chicken to the beaten eggs.

4. Heat a wok.

5. Pour the mixed concoction onto the wok and stir until it is cooked.

6. Serve warm with rice.
