Steamed Tofu with Prawns


1. 1 box of tofu (about 300gm)
2. 6 medium sized prawns (seasoned with sea-salt)
3. 2 tablespoons of fried garlic and garlic oil
4. Tamari sauce


1. Place tofu on dish.

2. Arrange the prawns on the top of the tofu.

3. Steam for about 4 minutes or until prawns are thoroughly cooked.

4. Pour the fried garlic, garlic oil and tamari sauce over the tofu and prawns.

5. Serve hot with rice.
