Fried Eggs with French Beans


1. 500gm of french beans (cut into tiny pieces)
2. 6 large eggs
3. Sunflower oil
4. Sea-salt
5. Soft brown sugar


1. Break all the eggs in a large bowl.

2. Add about 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, a dash of sea-salt and brown sugar to the eggs.

3. Beat the eggs.

4. Add the cut french beans to the beaten eggs.

5. Heat a wok on high heat.

6. Once the wok is hot, pour the eggs and stir fry on medium heat until slightly browned and the aroma of eggs and french beans fill the air.

7. Scoop onto serving dish.

8. Serve hot with warm rice.
