Low-Salicylate Baked-Garlic-Salmon

Ingredients:

1. 1 slice of salmon
2. Garlic (chopped finely)
3. Sea-salt
4. Sunflower oil

1. Preheat oven at 200C.

2. Pat dry the slice of salmon with paper kitchen towel.

3. Place on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and rub some sea-salt on both sides of the salmon.

4. Sprinkle the finely chopped garlic on the salmon and add a dash of sunflower oil.

5. Bake for about 25 minutes.

6. Serve with rice and a dish of vegetables.

    I'm not much of a fan of salmon even though I live in a country where I go fishing for salmon now and then, but give to my friends.
    My wife not too keen cutting up, cleaning a monster 25 pound salmon, ha ha.

    1. Thank you for dropping by Uncle Lee! Haven't reached black belt yet. Still learning. But at least I have a variety of food which I am able to eat even though I have restrictions with my diet!

  2. Yum...love salmon. I use olive oil since I can't have any other kinds of oil and to keep it from sticking. I've never used baking paper. What's it made of (besides paper) that prevents it from burning? Maybe the temperature isn't hot enough for it to burn. (Do I sound paranoid and suspicious? hehehe)
