Hassle-Free Moist Butter Cake


1. 125gm of softened butter
2. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3. 3/4 cups of soft, brown sugar
4. 3 eggs (room temperature)
5. 1 1/2 cup of organic self-raising flour
6. 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
7. 1/2 cup of soya milk (room temperature)


1. Preheat oven at 180C.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until just combined.

3. Pour the mixture in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

4. Bake for about 40 minutes.

  1. OH THAT SOUNDS SO HEAVENLY! I would kill for some cake right now!

    Don't eat sugar too soon after being sick or your illness might bounce back. I saw this happen lots when I was a medical assistant. Sugar depletes your body of nutrients and the lingering virus will attack again.
