Fried Rice Noodles with a Gourd Named Hairy

Ingredients:

1. 400gm of rice noodles
2. 1 relatively large hairy gourd (skin peeled and sliced into thin pieces)
3. 1/2 clove of garlic (sliced into thin pieces)
4. 2 big onions (sliced into thin pieces)
5. 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil
6. 500gm of minced chicken (marinate with sea-salt and a dash of brown sugar)
7. 4 large eggs
8. Sea-salt
9. Brown sugar

1. Soak the rice noodles in a large container of water until they have soften. Drain water and set aside once the noodles have soften.

2. For the recipe to cook the stir fried hairy gourd, click here.

3. Once the hairy gourd dish is ready, add the softened rice noodles and mix thoroughly.

4. Scoop up onto serving dish.

5. Serve hot. You can eat it on its own. Alternatively, you can eat it with rice too!

    1. Yes, it is like the kiwi fruit's skin. :) It does not have a very strong taste. But the texture is very nice. Soft and tender. And it gives a unique taste to the dish. A mild tasting gourd. :)
