The Glorious Heavens - Part 17

"Clouds are the sky's imagination." - Terri Guillemets

7.50 in the morning!

"Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountain and the sea, are excellent schoolmasters, and teach some of us more than we can ever learn from books.' - John Lubbock

"Know where to find the sunrise and sunset times and note how the sky looks at those times, at least once." - Marilyn vos Savant

  1. My favorite is the fifth from the bottom. Amazingly weird clouds. Do you know what kind of clouds those are? I used to have a boyfriend who took a class on meteorology in college - he was good at predicting weather. You have great skies there. How's the haze? Looks like it's cleared up? OR are those clouds haze????!!!

    1. I have no idea. I only remember them vaguely as I took basic geography when I was in high school. The haze is very much gone. But on very hot days, it is bad. As it has been pouring a lot of late (very strong winds and severe storms), the haze is not around a lot of days. Those are definitely clouds. Wonderful skies on most days nowadays! :)
